Meet the Team

Adam

President

Adam founded BAGM in 2008. With a strong leadership team in place, he now focuses on big-picture changes and the design and execution of unique projects. He is passionate about developing more efficient processes and continuously improving product quality. Adam finds the most reward in seeing the success of BAGM’s employees and trade partners and hearing from satisfied customers. Inspired by his wife and four daughters, Adam enjoys coaching and watching his girls play sports, as well as attending Packer and Brewer games, golfing, skiing, biking, and swimming.

Josh

VP of Production

Josh joined the BAGM team in June 2024, bringing 23 years of experience in the stone industry with a specialization in CNC router tooling and automation. Having known Adam for over 13 years through a previous job, he relocated from Georgia to be part of the team. Outside of work, he enjoys woodworking—crafting furniture, cabinets, and HiFi speakers—along with restoring his classic Chevy truck. He’s also passionate about collecting vinyl records and spending time cooking and perfecting his BBQ.

Jeremy

VP of Sales

Jeremy has been part of the BAGM team since 2014, overseeing both residential and commercial sales. He enjoys discovering and implementing new processes and products, and thrives in an industry that is always evolving with new materials and trends. Jeremy is married with two sons and spends much of his time coaching and attending their sports events. His family also enjoys swimming and vacationing in Florida—especially when it involves amusement parks and roller coasters.

Amanda

VP of Administration

Amanda has been with BAGM for over a decade, contributing to a wide range of areas including human resources, accounting, IT, marketing, and various corporate initiatives. She has a passion for process improvement and operational efficiency. Outside of work, Amanda enjoys traveling across the U.S.—often with golf clubs in tow—and staying active through golf, pickleball, and skiing. She also loves cheering on her five nieces and nephew in all their activities, from softball to choir.

Neil

Lead Project Manager

Neil leads BAGM’s project management team, assigning jobs, managing workflows, and overseeing projects from sales handoff through completion. He works closely with homeowners, contractors, template technicians, and installation teams to ensure successful outcomes. Known as a jack-of-all-trades, Neil enjoys all types of projects. Outside of work, he loves riding motorcycles, boating, traveling, and spending time with his five fur babies—3 dogs and 2 cats.

Shannon

Project Manager

Shannon is BAGM’s longest-tenured employee, having joined the company in 2011. With over 20 years of experience in the granite industry, he currently serves as a Project Manager and has also worked in templating, fabricating, installing, and handling warranty and repair work. Outside of work, he enjoys snowboarding, camping, hunting, fishing, and all things outdoors. He also loves to cook.

Jason

Project Manager

Jason has been helping make countertop dreams come true at BAGM since May 2013. With a focus on quality and customer satisfaction, he takes pride in bringing each project to life. Outside of work, he enjoys fishing and spending time with family. His favorite foods are anything Italian or Mexican—especially if it's shared around the table with his loved ones.

Kyle

Install Manager

Kyle joined BAGM in 2016 and now leads the install crews. He troubleshoots issues on and off job sites, handles repairs, and enjoys interacting with customers as they experience their new countertops. In his free time, Kyle plays softball (and hits dingers), eats tacos (meat and cheese only), and spends time with his puppy, Milo, and his family.

Kora

Sales Associate - Appleton

Kora started with BAGM as a sales intern in February 2024 while attending FVTC for Interior Design and Kitchen & Bath Design. She transitioned to full-time Sales Associate in June 2024. Kora helps customers find stone options that align with both their lifestyles and aesthetics. Outside of work, she enjoys going to concerts, spending time with loved ones, and following the latest design trends.

Angie

Sales Associate - Appleton

Angie joined BAGM in 2021. She has a special appreciation for quartzites due to their unique colors and patterns. Angie’s dog, BAGM Blue, is a beloved honorary team member who occasionally greets customers. When she’s not working, Angie enjoys pontooning at the cottage, golfing with friends, and experimenting in the kitchen.

Gabby

Sales Associate - Suamico

Originally from Brookfield, WI, Gabby attended and played hockey at St. Norbert College. She loves helping customers find the perfect stone and always aims to make sure they leave happy with their stone decisions. She has an eye for design and would love to help you! Outside of work she enjoys golfing, traveling, staying active, and spending time with her friends and family

Connie

Sales Associate - Wrightstown

Connie has been with BAGM since January 2020. As a dedicated member of the team, she enjoys helping clients bring their vision to life and ensuring a smooth project experience from start to finish. Outside of work, Connie is a passionate Packers fan and loves taking road trips to explore new places.

Liz

Sales Associate - Wrightstown

Liz has been with BAGM since 2018 as a Sales Associate. She loves seeing the latest stone arrivals and helping clients find the perfect match for their projects. Outside of work, Liz enjoys vacationing—especially in warm destinations—and spending time in the kitchen cooking.
