Project Timeline

Below lists the key activities of any BAGM project. Please note that our standard working days are Monday through Thursday. To visualize the full timing and flow of your project, we encourage you to review our Project Calendar.

Before your project is created, you must first Design Your Project with our team. This step includes material selection, layout decisions, and collection of all necessary details to ensure your project runs smoothly.

Customer Install Checklist

Installation is the most exciting step in your BAGM project. By this stage, all design decisions have been finalized, and our skilled installation technicians bring your vision to life.

Your involvement is essential throughout the design, template, and preparation phases. Once installation begins, our team takes it from there — ensuring a smooth, professional finish.

Post-Install Review

1 working day post installation

BAGM Project Manager
  • Review documentation from the install, including:
    • Pre-install and post-install photos
    • Job notes and any reported issues
  • If no areas of concern are identified, your project manager will evaluate and score the installation team to close out the activity.
  • If any issues are reported by the installation team, your project manager will review them internally and contact you with potential solutions as soon as possible — typically no later than noon the day following your installation.
Customer
  • Allow 24 hours before using the installed area or having other trades work nearby. This ensures all adhesives and caulks have cured properly and prevents dust from affecting the finish.
  • Our team will perform a broom-swept clean-up, but some additional cleaning may be needed.
  • Minor wall scuffs may occur during installation. BAGM technicians take care to protect cabinetry and will prioritize avoiding cabinet damage. Please share any special concerns with your project manager or template technician.
  • Cover your countertops if other trades will be working afterward—our surfaces are durable but not designed to serve as workbenches.
  • Inspect work carefully, report any concerns promptly via email to your project manger with photos
  • Send final payment

If you have any questions or areas of concern, contact your Project Manager.  A phone call is always welcome; however, email is the preferred method for reporting issues, as it allows your project manager to review details and provide a solution more efficiently.  Please include the following information to help us troubleshoot promptly:

    • The area of concern (e.g., kitchen, bath 1, etc.)
    • A brief description of the issue
    • A photo of the issue
