We could not be happier with our new granite countertops, they are gorgeous!! The service in the showroom and yard were top notch. The installation is beautiful and the installers were friendly, knowledgeable,and respectful.

Best selection around and great staff

Had quartzite (Taj Mahal which is a beautiful color) installed. We ran the quartzite up the backsplash as well as on all the kitchen counters. It looks great. The team, from sales to installation were all professional. Installation was perfect and exceeded our expectations. Our whole experience with BAGM was "seamless".

Had quartz counter tops installed. BAGM was great from start to finish! Everyone that we dealt with was very nice and professional. They answered our questions and they have a big variety of materials to choose from. We went with quartz because we like the look of it more than granite. If I ever need to do another remodel, I will definitely go to them again.

Loved our experience and the outcome of our BAGM countertops! The staff we worked with was great with communication regarding any questions and setting templating & install dates. They double confirmed dates & times and ensured that we were happy with the template before they made any cuts (and no changes to their inital template were needed). Based on our layout, we ended up needing two seams and they're invisible - I couldn't be happier with how they matched up the stone. The hardest part of this process was picking the stone! Everything else was easy and stress-free. We love our LENNON countertops and highly recommend BAGM!

We bought an entire house full of granite counter tops for the kitchen and bathrooms. Our experience with everyone from the sales team to the installers was amazing. The install process was awesome and done very professionally. All cleanup was performed to our satisfaction with all the old counter top hauled away. I would highly recommend them for any counter top needs.

A Must read review- We had hired BAGM to install in countertops in our kitchen. All of the staff we worked with were fantastic and took extra time with my wife to make sure she was getting exactly what she wanted. When install time came around, the install crew did an absolutely fantastic job in every way. Polite, professional and the work was flawless. This is where this review becomes important! The supplier to BAGM had sent them a product that was not as stated in the samples or the website. (our counter was the wrong color) This issue was certainly not the fault of BAGM but they took it head on. BAGM clearly and quickly communicated to us that they were going to make it right and they certainly followed through on that 100% of the way. After a very brief wait to get the new material in, they re installed the correct colored countertops and once again did a fantastic job. These folks showed that there customers truly come first and they are willing to do what it takes to deliver a great project. Any company can seem like they care when projects go well. We believe that it is much much harder to do this on difficult situation like the one we had. Its great to know that companies like this still exist and we strongly recommend BAGM.

Where do I start. The guys that installed the counter tops were very informative and professional. It was great to see that they had good customer service skills and didn't mind answering any of my questions. I wish I remembered their names so I could give them credit for the great job that they did. I would highly recommend BAGM to anyone!

Absolutely the BEST place to get your counter-tops! Superior service from beginning to end. Patient, knowledgeable, great selection and better pricing than any other business I visited on my quest for a new kitchen counter-top. Robin at the Appleton store was fantastic to work with.
